We are a modern specialist care center in Frankfurt am Main with 503 beds. We are also a teaching hospital for the Goethe University. We are part of the Hospital zum Heiligen Geist foundation as a business. Since the Middle Ages, the main goal of the old Frankfurt foundation has been to help sick and poor people get medical and nurse care. Today, we do this job using what we know from our history and what is needed for current hospital services.

We are now a school that is known all over the country. With eleven specialties and six institutes, we give the highest level of medical and nursing care to our patients. The German Cancer Aid has certified the Northwest Hospital as a place for clinical study. It is part of the University Center for Tumor Diseases Frankfurt (UCT), which is a part of the University of Frankfurt. The oncological center, which is approved by the German Cancer Society and works with all organ centers, is also important on a national level. The Neurology Clinic is one of Germany’s biggest centers for neurological problems. It has both a stroke unit and a neurological urgent care unit. Also, the professionalism of the Northwest Hospital can be seen in a number of other places. The arterial center is one of these.
